How We Can Help

Wave Trauma Centre, Ulster

We want to help you promote healthy eating, foster community spirit and have fun, all at the same time.

Our approach is designed to empower anyone to cook with inexpensive and accessible ingredients grounded in solid scientific research. We want to help as many people as possible to discover that you don’t need a fancy kitchen or a recipe book by a celebrity chef to make healthy, plant-rich delicious food that makes cooking simple, fun, and communal.

Since trialling the workshops with in excess of 100 individuals during 2023 we have worked with charities, the NHS and community groups to develop our ‘train the trainer’ model, and are now beginning to mentor others to deliver workshops in their own communities.

In February 2025 nutritionalist Una Condron was game enough to deliver a workshop at Wave Trauma Centre in Ulster having seen Jane & Jane speak at the Integrative Medicine Conference in June 2024. She used our Mediterranean session, taught about the benefits of plants for the microbiome, and also had time to make soda bread. Delicious! We are enormously impressed.
